A free tool to help Australians with diabetes make informed food choices.
DiabeticHelper started from a simple frustration: standing in supermarket aisles, trying to figure out which products were actually good for blood sugar management.
Reading nutrition labels, researching glycemic indexes, and making educated guesses takes time. We wanted a faster way to know if a product is diabetes-friendly.
So we built DiabeticHelper — a free app that scores products based on their impact on blood sugar, suggests better alternatives, and helps you build shopping lists full of diabetes-friendly foods.
All our product data comes from Open Food Facts, a free, open, collaborative database of food products from around the world.
Built by people living with diabetes who understand the daily challenges of managing blood sugar.
Powered by Open Food Facts, a free and open database with over 60,000 Australian products.
All features are completely free. No premium tiers, no subscriptions, no hidden costs.
Your health data stays yours. We never sell your data to third parties.
