DiabeticHelper is a nutrition information and shopping assistance tool designed to help people with diabetes make informed food choices. The Service includes:

• Diabetic-friendly scoring of food products
• Shopping list management
• Glucose logging and tracking
• Personalized recommendations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as notes, glucose readings, and shopping lists). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nutritional information is provided for informational purposes and may not be 100% accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiabeticHelper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
